Key actions for repairs
You are required to turn off Find My (device tracking) before bringing your device in store and having it booked in for any and all iPhone repairs, as with this being enabled it stops us from being able to process your repair.
If Stolen Device Protection is also enabled, then this will need to be turned off first in order to turn Find My off.
If Stolen Device Protection isn’t turned off before you come for your booked appointment slot, you may be required to wait before you can disable Find My, and you will have to return back to store after this security delay has elapsed in order to turn this feature off and before we are able to start the repair process.
